Montre présentée comme non portée, mais elle avait plusieures traces d'usure sur la boucle . Caseback a moitié ouverts, j'ai du le revisser.

Dear customer, thank you very much for your reply. It is an abolute miracle for us how the watch should have got any marks of use due to the fact that we purchased the watch in April 2021 unworn directly from an Tudor AD and was never worn in the meantime until you bought it. The only possibility we have in mind is that happend at our photograph while he was shooting the pictures of the watch for the selling advert. We apologize for that. What is totally incomprehensible is the fact, that the case back should not have been closed and screwed completely. All our watches are 100% checked by our watchmaker, otherwise they will not be offered for sale. But anyway it would have been a much better way on our mind you contacted us first to solve the problems or refund you with the purchase price. All the best to you and lots of fun with that Tudor beauty anyhow.
