I realize that this is simply a tool to connect buyers and sellers. However, showing items as in stock and available, then explaining they have to be ordered seems like a shell game. Communication with the seller was timely no doubt (and much appreciated) but I was disappointed to learn that the item I was interested in was not actually in the seller’s possession. And then I go and see that the price of that item has been raised in the search results after making an offer. Never felt certain about anything going on.

I purchased the Frederique Constant Classic in blue. On the plus side the watch came in brilliant packaging. The colour of the watch itself did not look like the promotional pictures and the watch strap was awful and made a squeaking sound. The good news is I got my original payment back after nearly a month. The bad news is I had to pay customs and excise duty and a fee to return the watch and the hastle of sending messages and sorting the return etc. Also at no point did I get a personal message from the seller so I think they know this is a dud item. I do hope Chrono24 stop the picture of this watch being used to sell it by this dealer or other newbies like myself may get stung. Personally it’s put me off buying a more luxurious watch through the chrono app but I’ll still use it to purchase lower end pieces and research. He advertised a watch and initially told he had it in stock then 2 days he said he checked his inventory and didn't have the watch in stock then he later tried to offer me $200 for the same watch with a different band by then I was no longer interested. Pretty disappointed.

The watch was delivered very late. It was supposed to be located in the US. It turns out that the dealer didn’t have the watch and had to eat it from another country. Finally, the dealer was very rude when I had an issue that needed to be fixed. Overall, the watch is good but the service was dishonest and confrontational.

Orologio originale ; purtroppo il cinturino è usato, quindi la menzione "0, mai indossato" non corrisponde al vero. Questo è stato comunicato al venditore ed attendo che me ne trovi uno nuovo. Sono pronto a cambiare valutazione se il problema verrà risolto. Grazie
