Hello dear Mr. van der Aa, after you just hang up on phone, after listening to you and it was my turn to speak, I had no chance anymore to comment on your complaint. The strap was absolutely new as we shipped it, so as said I cant describe how the stitch got damaged at the little part on the picture which you have send us. We got a houseown certified watchmaker in our houseown watchmaker atelier with 40 years of experience. So you want to tell us that we wouldn't have fixed a little loose stitching, while I got a watchmaker with 40 years of experience here? And risk by that a negative rating on Chrono24? Strange opinion form your side. I offered you as well to send the strap back and to let us fix it here. And as I remember, we actually had a nice and respectfully phone call, where you were totally satisfied at the end of the conversation, so we do not get your point on a "strange conversation".
