Here is some valuable information for you:
1. We guarantee that all of our watches are new, authentic, with original documents and packaging unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. All watches come with international manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated otherwise.
3. Fee free to contact us if you are looking for a model that is not in stock or not listed on Chrono24.
4. Our prices include Swiss VAT. In case of shipment outside Switzerland, we would offer you an "export price" (without taxes). For EU clients, please note that Switzerland is not part of EU and import taxes are not included in our price. Those will have to be paid upon delivery to the fowarder. Taxes correspond to local VAT (between 19-25%).
5. We can also arrange delivery in the "transit zone" of Geneva or Zurich airports. Price will be Tax-free and you must take a flight to leave Switzerland the same day.
6. We ship worldwide and we offer VIP Home delivery. Reach out to us for more details.
7. Shipments with full insurrance offered to our global customers.
9. You can buy using Chrono24 Trusted Checkout (bank transfer and Credit cards).
10. We offer the possibility for returning or exchanging a product within the first 14 days following the delivery. The item has to be in the same condition as received.
11. We do not have any office nor boutique in Zug. We sell mainly watches online which avoid us certain fix costs. This way, we can offer very competitive pricing to our clients. That said, a pickup is possible at our logistic partner's office. Contact us for more details.
