The article did not correspond in its entirety with the one received. Described as "like new" but some brands clearly do not determine that this is like new. the packaging for a high-priced watch was insufficient in my opinion. the communication with the seller was correct and fast at all times for solved the situation.

Einem Preisangebot meinerseits hatte der Händler zugestimmt. Am nächsten Morgen bekam ich die Info, dass die Uhr nicht mehr verfügbar sei. Das finde ich nicht ok.

Watch was described as “perfect” by the dealer but has 5 incorrect bracelet links (2 of which are steel in a bicolour bracelet). Seller offered a discount to discourage me from returning the watch but has not paid the refund. They responded to messages instantly during the sales process but have not replied for a week now.

Hi I both this watch , it says it is from 1998, BUT on the garantie it says year 1990 and the white background on the watch is very grey, not white I think I’d paid to much for this old watch and I feel betrayed because it is 8 years older than it says. Please respond Gøril Boberg-Ans

Cartier watch came with half the links of the strap with the other half not there. Was not mentioned anywhere in the description and strap section. I was not refunded or helped in any way and was told that I should have counted the links on the strap from the last two pictures of the watch - had to buy 4 links for extra 600$.
