Communication was good if not a little delayed. I was disappointed that they listed the watch I requested but at purchase, had to cancel the sale because it was damaged. It would be helpful if they had the watch in their possession before listing to ensure the sale would be complete.

Really happy with the watch, the watch was like new when it arrived. Description of the watch stated though that documents were included, although when I placed the order I got a message from the dealer that the documents were missing. I was travelling when I ordered the watch, and agreed with the dealer to ship the watch two weeks later. When the time came the watch wasn't shipped at the agreed date, and it was a bit difficult to get a response from the dealer regarding shipping. The watch was finally shipped, but with a courier that took FOREVER and the watch wasn't received until over a month after the originally agreed shipping date. I have bought watches before through Chrono24 where the dealers have used DHL or fedex, and the watches have arrived within a week of shipment.

Response time was slow, but not unprofessionally so. I wish the listing had detailed the length of the strap so that I could have planned to find strap that would fit my wrist prior to the watch arriving. All things considered, the watch looks, works, and wears great. I love it.
