Shipping and commucation with the dealer was great. However they sent the unit with defects on dial which is visible with naked eye (no QC checks done prior to shipping). Had to send the watch back to Germany to rectify the issue.

The communication with the deal was good, though right before I made payment the dealer informed me the watch did not have a full 2 year warranty, even though the watch description said it did. When the watch arrived it did not have the blue protective strips on the metal parts of the watch which appeared in the photos (even though the dealer said they use real photos and not stock photos). Overall the watch is good but they could be more accurate with the warranty information as it was a little misleading and they were not willing to negotiate with the price, even after this issue was raised.

Great customer service, great communication. Purchased a new/unworn watch from them. Unfortunately upon arrival, there were two specs underneath the crystal. The seller did a great job hearing my complaint and offering a resolution, so positive points for customer service. It is regrettable that this new watch was sent with these slight imperfections.
